What to Expect in your First Session:
Assessment – This is where the therapist gathers sufficient information regarding your history, of the problems you have been experiencing, this can be done through forms. This establishes an effective treatment strategy going forward for therapy.
Introduction- Your Therapist will introduce themselves and go over the process with you for a few minutes
Contracting - With you, our therapist will contract out the specific terms under which they will provide their services. This could be a written contract that both of you sign.
Every session will be held in a relaxing Therapy setting with private rooms and individualized treatment.
