We know the cost of therapy can sometimes be a barrier, and we don’t want finances to stand in the way of your well-being.

This is why we offer a low-cost counselling community-based service, both in person and online, to make counselling more accessible

Alongside our experienced, accredited, and pre-accredited therapists, we have counsellors in training under supervision who are completing recognised professional training courses. Each of them has the skills and knowledge to support you, and they receive constant supervision from my move supervisors and their educational institutions.
