The Liberty Programme
Living with addiction can make you feel completely alone.
You alone carry the worry, manage the fallout, and keep the secrets -
.....until you can’t.
You brace for chaos. Covering, protecting, and keeping the peace, in isolation -
.....until you cant.
Whether your loved one is still in addiction, in a programme, or newly in recovery, Liberty is a therapist-led service where you’re no longer isolated — you’re understood, and you can start changing the coping patterns and pressures you’ve been living with.
Why Choose the Liberty Programme?
Liberty brings you into a supportive community where you’ll rebuild your strength and step out of crisis.
✔ You’ll learn tools to protect your wellbeing, communicate clearly, and stop getting dragged into the same exhausting cycle.
✔ You’ll learn how to take your life back by setting consistent boundaries and how to step out of the patterns addiction creates.
✔ You’ll learn how to handle the anger and self-blame, and rebuild confidence and self-worth.
